Red Target

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Red Target client portal at portal.red-target.com (the "Portal"), operated by Red Target ("Red Target", "we", "us" or "our"). By signing in to or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Portal on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

The marketing services we provide (such as social media management, paid advertising, websites and strategy) are governed by the proposal, contract or statement of work agreed with each client (the "Service Agreement"). If these Terms conflict with a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement prevails.

1. The Portal

The Portal is a private workspace where Red Target clients can follow projects, review and approve content, view advertising, social media and lead performance, read reports and recommendations, and manage payments. Access is by invitation only.

2. Your account

3. Content approvals

When you approve content in the Portal, you authorize Red Target to publish or schedule it on the channels and dates indicated. When you request changes, please describe them clearly; the approval workflow, deadlines and number of revision rounds follow your Service Agreement. You confirm that any material you provide to us (logos, photos, videos, texts, testimonials) is yours or that you have the rights and permissions needed for us to use it.

4. Connected accounts

You may authorize Red Target to access your Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Meta Ads) accounts, and link your Google Ads account to Red Target's Google Ads manager account so we can read its results. You remain the owner of your advertising accounts and are responsible for complying with Meta's and Google's terms and advertising policies. You can revoke our access at any time in your Meta settings, by unlinking our manager account in Google Ads, or by contacting us; some services may stop working when access is revoked. Advertising spend is charged by the platforms according to your Service Agreement.

5. Performance data and results

Metrics shown in the Portal come from Meta and Google or are entered or imported by our team, and may be delayed, estimated or revised by those platforms. Figures such as reach may be summed from daily values. We work to keep data accurate but do not guarantee that it is error-free. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, and unless your Service Agreement says otherwise we do not guarantee specific results such as numbers of leads, sales or return on ad spend.

6. Payments

Fees, due dates and payment methods are set out in your Service Agreement. The Portal shows your payment schedule and history for convenience. Late payments may lead to suspension of services as provided in the Service Agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

8. Intellectual property

The Portal, its software and design belong to Red Target. Ownership of the creative work we produce for you is governed by your Service Agreement. You keep ownership of your own materials and data, and grant us a licence to use them to provide the services.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Instructions for deleting data obtained from Facebook or Instagram are in our Data Deletion Instructions.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance and may add, change or remove features. We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page, and material changes will be notified by email or in the Portal. Continuing to use the Portal after a change means you accept it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close access to the Portal if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or when your Service Agreement ends. You may stop using the Portal at any time. After termination, data is retained and deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Portal is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Target is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Portal. Our total liability relating to the Portal is limited to the fees you paid to Red Target in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law stated in your Service Agreement. If none is stated, they are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
